3. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or greater must be present on your system. The Rationale installer will check to see whether you have .NET 2.0, and will help you install it if necessary. Alternatively you can download .NET from Microsoft here.

File Compatibility Issues

Earlier versions of Rationale™ cannot read files created with version 1.2 or later. More information.
